REMODA is a 40SQM IT Retail Outlet designed as a lifestyle retail store.
The Project name reflects the scope of works executed. It was an extensive renovation & Remodel Project, and a lot of refurbishment work went into this space to bring it up to code.
We had to introduce fresh rewiring for the entire space, we also created additional space with dry wall partitioning and new flooring.
This Project started before the Lockdown but as a result of the COVID 19 Pandemic, we had to suspend work till after the Lockdown was eased out a bit.
Like with all projects we had a unique set of challenges trying to deliver this space with the many restrictions and challenges the Lockdown posed on our material sourcing & execution.
